Policies

• Veterans and active duty military personnel will be given a 15% discount. Must provide military ID, DD214, or other proof of military service. This can be combined with additional discounts that are not military related.
• Clients must be 18 years of age or older and must provide an ID at time of service.
• Cash, debit card, and credit card are acceptable forms of payment.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and do not expire. 
• In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, a 24 hour notice is appreciated in order to fill your appointment time.
• Pre-payment will be required in the event of chronic no call/no show situations.
